As the 2024–2025 school year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to celebrate all we've accomplished together. This year has been filled with growth, achievement and a shared commitment to excellence that continues to define the St. Johns County School District.

To our graduating class of 2025—congratulations! Your resilience, leadership and hard work have brought you to this critical milestone, and we could not be prouder. Whether you're continuing your education, joining the workforce or exploring new opportunities, know that you carry the strength of a solid foundation and the support of an entire community cheering you on.

To our students across all grade levels, thank you for your energy curiosity, and perseverance. You've tackled challenges, built friendships and embraced learning in inspiring ways. I encourage you to use the summer ahead to rest, explore your interests and keep discovering the world around you.

To our parents and guardians, your involvement and support are vital to our success. Thank you for being our partners in education. Your dedication to your children and our schools makes a meaningful difference every day.

And to our incredible teachers and staff, your passion and professionalism are the heart of our district. You've shown unwavering commitment to nurturing student growth, and your efforts continue to shape the future of our community in powerful ways. Your tireless work does not go unnoticed, and we are deeply grateful for all you do.

This year holds special meaning for me as I prepare to retire at the end of June. Serving as Superintendent of Schools for St. Johns County has been the honor of a lifetime. I am incredibly proud of all that we have achieved together.

As I step away, I do so with complete confidence in the leadership of our new superintendent. I know the district will continue to thrive and grow under their guidance, and the future remains bright for our students and community.

As summer begins, I hope you take time to rest, recharge and enjoy special moments with family and friends. Thank you for another remarkable year and the opportunity to serve such a dynamic and dedicated community.

Warm regards,

Tim Forson
